In recent events, the EPA revealed new greenhouse-gas criteria for power plants after a long wait ensuing through with the power approved under a 2007 Supreme Court ruling affirming carbon dioxide a contaminant under the Clean Air Act. I read this in this article http://eparegulationlaw.com/epa-regulations/another-epa-regulation/. So what does this mean in realistic terms?
