Building electrification is rapidly accelerating in California and beyond. In 2022, for the first time, more electric heat pumps were sold than gas furnaces. It is important for homeowners, renters, real estate professionals, architects, and other professionals to be aware of these changes and prepare for future upgrades. In this webinar, Electrify My Home will describe what’s led to the electrification movement, why going electric is a wise choice for future resale, how to avoid costly mistakes, potential DIY options, and how rebates and financing make it easier.

Larry Waters is the founder of Electrify My Home, a first-of-its-kind electrification company specializing in residential electrification projects and workforce training. Larry has 40 years HVAC trade experience in service, installation, sales, and management with a specialization in home performance. Beginning in 2014, Larry’s focus shifted to replacing gas furnace with high-efficiency heat pumps and in that time has designed and installed over 400 systems.
