USGBC Introduces PEER: Energy Efficiency and Environment
Posted by: Chelsea W. // Student
The predominant green building governmental organization in the US has introduced a new way for consumers to see where their electricity for their building is coming from. Although they can't identify where an electron comes from, they can tell consumers which power plants are connected to which grids. This will give customers the knowledge to know if they are receiving clean or dirty electricity. This is a huge step in the right direction for clean energy.
