Every organization and everyone can submit to Rate It Green's green building calendar! Simply click register, verify your email address, and create a username and password. You can then decide if you'd like to engage more fully as a community member, but you'll be able to post events.
Please make sure to be respectful of the organizations and companies, and other Rate It Green members that make up our community. We welcome praise and advice and even criticism but all posted content and ratings should be constructive in nature. For guidance on what constitutes suitable content on the Rate It Green site, please refer to the User Agreement and Site Rules.
The opinions, comments, ratings and all content posted by member on the Rate It Green website are the comments and opinions of the individual members who posts them only and do not necessarily reflect the views or policies or policies of Rate It Green. Rate It Green Team Members will monitor posted content for unsuitable content, but we also ask for the participation of community members in helping to keep the site a comfortable and open public forum of ideas. Webinar: Getting to Carbon Neutrality: Reimagining Our Homes, November 4, 7 pm EDT
Event Description
In this webinar, the second in the Getting to Carbon Neutrality series, industry experts will describe the basics of zero carbon buildings and how to transform our homes and other buildings to meet the goal for carbon neutrality. Learn how energy efficiency improvements and electrification of our heating systems, hot water tanks, and various appliances can reduce emissions while saving money and improving comfort in our homes. There will also be an optional tour of zero carbon buildings in Arlington on Saturday, November 6.

8 – 8:30 pm – Audience Q&A
Optional Tour:
Take a tour of two zero carbon buildings in Arlington on Saturday, November 6 with Scott Sklar. Both buildings are on the same property and the tour will last approximately one hour. The optional tour is an in-person event and not virtual.
Two tour options — 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
Each tour will last approximately one hour.
