Event Description

CELEBRATING AND RECOGNIZING PAST AND PRESENT WOMEN AWARDEES OF THE CLEAN ENERGY EDUCATION & EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM

C3E NETWORKING RECEPTION & DINNER · DECEMBER 3, 2018 · 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM
2018 C3E SYMPOSIUM · DECEMBER 4, 2018 · 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM

In 2018, the Clean Energy Education and Empowerment symposium and awards will recognize eight outstanding mid-career women who are advancing and implementing solutions that can transform our energy infrastructure and reduce emissions. Drawing upon our illustrious and distinguished C3E Ambassadors, we will explore trends and innovations from energy storage to siting natural gas pipelines and wind generation, and from clean energy finance to saving money through lowering energy and water intensity in their businesses. In its seventh year, exceptional past C3E Awardees will share with us what winning a C3E Award has allowed these women to accomplish over the subsequent years - how they have been able to inspire women and men, from all walks of life, in energy careers using science, technology, engineering and math.
