Circularity - June 18, Minneapolis, MN
Event Description
The Circularity 19 Summit: Packaging and Brand Integrity is a half-day working session focused on helping consumer-facing brands and their supply-chain partners make the transition to a circular economy without jeopardizing customer goodwill and brand integrity.
This summit will focus on the increasing number of consumer brands that are exploring new packaging types, delivery systems, recovery systems and business models that align with the goals of the circular economy. These companies are seeking to seize the opportunities created by circular designs and innovations, but they are not without peril. Companies must maintain their brand integrity, product safety and value proposition, among other assets, while they tweak or transform one of their principal assets: their branded packaging.
In this half-day, invitation-only event, representatives from the plastics and packaging value chains, along with leading consumer brands and companies, will explore the promise and pitfalls for brands seeking to transition to circular materials and models.
The summit begins with an opening breakfast to establish the focus and format of the session. Participants will then engage in a series of facilitated discussions focused on what it will take to transition to circular systems. The summit is designed to be an interactive, roll-up-your-sleeves experience, with few speeches or slide presentations.
