Event Description
As a family-owned and operated solar and energy solutions manufacturer, Earthlight is walking the walk & talking the talk with the completion of their new energy efficient facility. Designed to harness the power of renewable energy, this 22,000 Sq ft building is powered by fifteen geothermal wells and features water-to-water heat pumps beneath the warehouse floor and water-to-air heat pumps to heat the offices. Additional features include Level 1 and 2 EV charging stations, battery storage, plus a Living Wall.
In addition to the facility tour, you will be inspired to hear the vision of this family-owned & operated business and the story of how they put their commitment to help build Connecticut’s clean energy economy into action to design and construct this high-performance building.
After the building tour, there will be a Q & A session accompanied by light refreshments and snacks.
