Mayor Bill de Blasio's Administration announces new program to help make buildings greener

The program is known as the NYC Retrofit Accelerator. The program will provide free technical assistance and advisory services to building owners. The intent is to aid building owners in using clean energy. Hopefully as a result greenhouse gas emissions in NY will decrease. Blasio's plan would reduce emissions by 80% by 2050.
