Northeast Recycling Council (NERC) Fall Conference, October 12 -14
Event Description
Join NERC to discuss environmental justice, reuse and recycling of solar panels, reuse and refurbishment of consumer goods, transportation issues and their impact on recycling markets, compostable packaging, and more. The Virtual Conference has been extended to three days—October 12–14 (1 p.m. – 5 p.m. daily, eastern).
RecyclingWorks in Massachusetts is a recycling assistance program funded by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection and delivered under contract by the Center for EcoTechnology that helps businesses and institutions reduce waste and maximize recycling, reuse, and food recovery opportunities.
NERC is a non-profit organization that conducts research, hands-on projects, training, and outreach on issues associated with source reduction, recycling, composting, environmentally preferable purchasing, and decreasing the toxicity of the solid waste stream.
