Every organization and everyone can submit to Rate It Green's green building calendar! Simply click register, verify your email address, and create a username and password. You can then decide if you'd like to engage more fully as a community member, but you'll be able to post events.
Please make sure to be respectful of the organizations and companies, and other Rate It Green members that make up our community. We welcome praise and advice and even criticism but all posted content and ratings should be constructive in nature. For guidance on what constitutes suitable content on the Rate It Green site, please refer to the User Agreement and Site Rules.
The opinions, comments, ratings and all content posted by member on the Rate It Green website are the comments and opinions of the individual members who posts them only and do not necessarily reflect the views or policies or policies of Rate It Green. Rate It Green Team Members will monitor posted content for unsuitable content, but we also ask for the participation of community members in helping to keep the site a comfortable and open public forum of ideas. Grey To Green 2021, Online, June 15-16
Event Description
We have an unprecedented opportunity to shift investment to green infrastructure as we build back from the COVID-19 Pandemic. We can reimagine our communities as places where health and well being are at the forefront of design, planning and investment. Grey to Green's goal is to help inform the current policy debate by making the case for a rapid and significant increase in green infrastructure investment in our COVID-19 recovery.
In light of COVID-19, Grey to Green 2021 will take place on a virtual platform on June 15th and June 16th.
Designers, researchers and policymakers will come together to share their work in Biophilic Design, Integrated Stormwater Management Practices, Urban Agriculture, Green Roof and Green Wall Best Practices & more in over 30 Speaker presentations and virtual tour offerings!
Grey to Green will also host several panels including:
Take virtual tours of Don Mills Collegiate Institute, The Port Lands Flood Protection and Enabling Infrastructure Project, Hôpital de la Cité-de-la-Santé: Green Parking Lot Project and Berry Architecture Green Roof!
Grey to Green 2021 is all about hope and giving you the tools and connections to build a better tomorrow. Grey to Green 2021 will engage you in discussion and help you connect with other passionate professionals and industry experts. Connect one-on-one with speakers or in break-out rooms to help solve urban challenges and increase your network.
