Every organization and everyone can submit to Rate It Green's green building calendar! Simply click register, verify your email address, and create a username and password. You can then decide if you'd like to engage more fully as a community member, but you'll be able to post events.
Please make sure to be respectful of the organizations and companies, and other Rate It Green members that make up our community. We welcome praise and advice and even criticism but all posted content and ratings should be constructive in nature. For guidance on what constitutes suitable content on the Rate It Green site, please refer to the User Agreement and Site Rules.
The opinions, comments, ratings and all content posted by member on the Rate It Green website are the comments and opinions of the individual members who posts them only and do not necessarily reflect the views or policies or policies of Rate It Green. Rate It Green Team Members will monitor posted content for unsuitable content, but we also ask for the participation of community members in helping to keep the site a comfortable and open public forum of ideas. RESNET Hybrid HERS Rater Training (with Classroom Component in Manchester, NH), September 11
Event Description
The Northeast Home Energy Rating System Alliance (NEHERS) is pleased to offer HERS rater training classes in the Northeast, approximately 2-3 times per year. NEHERS hybrid HERS rater training classes include an online and a classroom training component. HERS Rater Training is the first step towards Rater Certification. Both online and classroom components are required for Rater Certification. Final registration deadline is August 22nd.
Online Training Component :
Dates: Weekdays September 11 - 22, 2017, 9am-12pm (and two afternoons 1-4pm)

Both live and recorded presentation options
Assignments and quizzes to make sure you master the material
Students are encouraged to attend all sessions at the scheduled time with the live instructor, however, sessions will be recorded, and in the event that a few must be missed, they can be watched later. *A minimum of 8 of 12 sessions must be attended live.
The Alliance is now offering an online only option as a stand-alone component for anyone who wants to know about ratings but does not want to become a rater. The online only component costs $650 and includes information about building science, energy modeling, and performance testing. This offer also includes an NEHERS manual ($100 value) and a 1-year associate membership to the Alliance ($50 value) but does not include simulation software or RESNET testing. Must be combined with the classroom component for Rater Certification.

Two of the five supervised ratings required by RESNET
Preparation, proctoring and fees for all four RESNET Exams.
