Responsible Commercial Real Estate Management Leadership Panel, August 1, Charlotte, NC
Event Description
"The green revolution represents opportunities for companies to position themselves strategically and gain a competitive advantage. Indeed, green buildings are likely to secure more development finance, attract more tenants seeking green spaces and/or reduced occupancy costs and have stronger investment value."
— 2009 Ernst & Young Business Report
Flash forward to 2019: ten years later. Do these competitive advantage opportunities still exist? Join U.S. Green Building Council - North Carolina for an executive leadership panel on responsible commercial real estate management and the benefits of high-performance buildings, environmental responsibility and positive returns on green investment.
