Every organization and everyone can submit to Rate It Green's green building calendar! Simply click register, verify your email address, and create a username and password. You can then decide if you'd like to engage more fully as a community member, but you'll be able to post events.
Please make sure to be respectful of the organizations and companies, and other Rate It Green members that make up our community. We welcome praise and advice and even criticism but all posted content and ratings should be constructive in nature. For guidance on what constitutes suitable content on the Rate It Green site, please refer to the User Agreement and Site Rules.

Event Description
Half-Day Introduction to thermal-bridge modeling for Passive House projects.
This seminar will introduce the core concepts and tools for thermal bridge modeling with a particular eye towards the models required for Passive House certification. The course will include an outline of key Thermal Bridge concepts, the basic calculations used in the Passive House model, and an introduction to the 2D Heat Transfer simulation tool THERM. Through a step-by-step presentation attendees will learn how to set up and use THERM to produce compliant models and output documents for certification and design.

– Rules and Standards for Thermal Bridge modeling
– Step-By-Step walkthrough of several common Thermal Bridge scenarios in THERM
– Using THERM results to create PSI-Val
