Every organization and everyone can submit to Rate It Green's green building calendar! Simply click register, verify your email address, and create a username and password. You can then decide if you'd like to engage more fully as a community member, but you'll be able to post events.
Please make sure to be respectful of the organizations and companies, and other Rate It Green members that make up our community. We welcome praise and advice and even criticism but all posted content and ratings should be constructive in nature. For guidance on what constitutes suitable content on the Rate It Green site, please refer to the User Agreement and Site Rules.
The opinions, comments, ratings and all content posted by member on the Rate It Green website are the comments and opinions of the individual members who posts them only and do not necessarily reflect the views or policies or policies of Rate It Green. Rate It Green Team Members will monitor posted content for unsuitable content, but we also ask for the participation of community members in helping to keep the site a comfortable and open public forum of ideas. 11th Annual Southeast Florida Regional Climate Leadership Summit, December 3-5, Key West, FL
Event Description
The Southeast Florida Regional Climate Compact was created in 2010 by Broward, Miami-Dade, Monroe and Palm Beach counties to coordinate and collaborate on climate change action across county lines and is internationally recognized as a leading example of regional-scale climate action. The Climate Leadership Summit is an annual major event focused on facilitating climate-related collaboration, typically bringing together more than 500 thinkers and leaders from business, government, higher education, and nonprofits at panel discussions and networking breaks.
Monroe County will host 11th Annual Southeast Florida Regional Climate Leadership Summit on December 3-5, 2019, at the Casa Marina Key West. The Summit will feature keynotes and panels with local, state, and federal government officials, business and nonprofit leaders, and other experts discussing plans to ensure the region not only survives, but thrives, in the face of sea level rise and other climate impacts.
