Best Practice Forum: Plastic Disruptors - The Business Case for Zero Waste: August 21, Philadelphia, PA
Event Description
Best Practice Forums are a series of workshops from SBN that use member case studies to create meaningful opportunities to learn, connect, and build a better business. Join on August 21st for a discussion about the environmental impact of plastic waste.
How can you, as a business owner and a conscious consumer, take conscious efforts to reduce, reuse, and eliminate? Learn about creative and innovative approaches to addressing our cultural dependency on single use plastics. At every point in their life-cycles, the featured businesses are turning conventional plastic usage on its head.
Stick around after the panel discussion for an optional workshop where SBN staff will guide you through B Lab’s Quick Impact Assessment.. SBN staff will provide an overview of the tool, B Corp certification, and will then provide time for you to take the assessment on your own. Remember to bring your laptop or tablet!
