Every organization and everyone can submit to Rate It Green's green building calendar! Simply click register, verify your email address, and create a username and password. You can then decide if you'd like to engage more fully as a community member, but you'll be able to post events.
Please make sure to be respectful of the organizations and companies, and other Rate It Green members that make up our community. We welcome praise and advice and even criticism but all posted content and ratings should be constructive in nature. For guidance on what constitutes suitable content on the Rate It Green site, please refer to the User Agreement and Site Rules.
The opinions, comments, ratings and all content posted by member on the Rate It Green website are the comments and opinions of the individual members who posts them only and do not necessarily reflect the views or policies or policies of Rate It Green. Rate It Green Team Members will monitor posted content for unsuitable content, but we also ask for the participation of community members in helping to keep the site a comfortable and open public forum of ideas. Join USGBC Wisconsin for a half-day training session on ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager®. Walk through the system and nuances to achieving a more accurate energy score for your building(s).
Get your questions answered, network with other building professionals, and take the opportunity to evaluate your building data. This session is valuable for both new and experienced ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager® users.
Registration fee
$10 — City of Milwaukee Better Buildings Challenge Participants (code provided by Rose Buss)
$10 — USGBC Wisconsin Individual Members
$20 — General Registration
Who should attend? Building owners, building managers, facilities and operations managers, energy managers
What will you need to participate? Create a user profile for ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager®, or update your profile. We'll provide you with a workbook to collect information about your building.
The information will include:
Information specific to your building type, such as gross floor area, weekly operating hours, number of personal computers, etc.
12 consecutive months of energy bills for all fuel types used in the building
12 consecutive months of water bills
