Every organization and everyone can submit to Rate It Green's green building calendar! Simply click register, verify your email address, and create a username and password. You can then decide if you'd like to engage more fully as a community member, but you'll be able to post events.

We welcome praise and advice and even criticism but all posted content and ratings should be constructive in nature. How CPC Climate Capital Supports New Construction and Retrofits for Clean Energy in Multifamily Housing
Learn about CPC Climate Capital and how they're financing carbon-reducing work on existing and to-be-built multifamily buildings. CPC Climate Capital, a subsidiary of the Community Preservation Corporation, is part of Climate United, a national coalition of three nonprofits that received $6.97 billion from the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund to finance carbon-reduction projects nationwide. Of the money awarded to Climate United, CPC Climate Capital received $2.4 billion to execute Climate United's multifamily housing strategy.
This webinar will cover CPC Climate Capital's multifamily lending strategy, term sheets and a sample multifamily deal, performance standards, and what to expect from the loan process.
