Event Description

It also discusses successful projects and case studies, while outlining which applications have the best opportunities for success. The class provides an overview of how heat pumps work, the components of CHPWH systems, and design considerations. It explores the impact of critical design considerations, such as refrigerant and air buffer zones, and provides an update on the status and market availability of current heat pump products.

Lester Terrance has been active in the HVAC industry since 2003, including 12 years in the United State Air Force, seven of those years serving as HVAC Field Supervisor at the US Department of State. He is a licensed Master HVAC in the states of Maryland and Virginia, an EPA Certified Universal Technician, and an Authorized Overseas Certified Technician (Multi-stack). Lester is an HVAC Instructor and subject matter expert at D+R LEARN. Lester earned his AAS in Mechanical and Electrical Technology in 2013.
