Event Description

Starting on March 30th, 2025, owners of buildings in Massachusetts over 20,000 square feet will be required to disclose energy usage publicly.  Gas, electric, and steam utilities are responsible for providing the information for their customers and building owners are responsible for reporting any additional energy usage or building information.

In January of 2025, MA DOER and NEEP will be co-hosting a webinar to provide MA building owners with an overview of the Large Building Energy Reporting law and provide information about how to comply with it.
