Green Building Alliance: Women In Green Planning Event, February 15, 5-7 pm., Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Event Description
GBA invites Women+ In Green for an evening of networking, refreshments, and personal & professional planning for 2024.
At this event, participants will discuss their goals for the year and beyond, create a wish list of additional W+IG programming for 2024, and complete additional exercises led by guest speaker, Gabrielle Caruso, to help guide our planning in ways that make sure our individual goals are aligned with our passions.
Modeled after the U.S. Green Building Council’s Women in Green program, GBA’s Women+ in Green network fosters a supportive and celebratory community of women, femmes, and gender minorities working in sustainability throughout our region.
By providing a space for engagement and networking opportunities, GBA aids women and other gender minorities in the sustainability field to support and uplift each other.
GBA hosts a number of events for the Women+ in Green community throughout the year. Our goal is to help foster personal and professional connections while supporting the women+ who work so hard to build sustainable communities for us all.
