Southface Institute, ENERGY STAR Certified Homes Live Online Training, December 5 - 7
Event Description
Join Southface Institute for a live, instructor-led online training to maintain or expand your ENERGY STAR service offerings and expertise. Over the course of three four-hour sessions, you’ll learn how to identify and quantify building components and systems for ENERGY STAR certification and prepare for the EPA exam.
Southface’s training offers real-time engagement with expert trainer Mike Barcik and industry peers. Southface notes that to date 100% of those who have taken this version of the course with Southface have passed the test.
Note that the EPA requires that all raters working on an ENERGY STAR project must successfully complete ENERGY STAR training and pass their exam in order to complete the third-party verification required for a home to receive ENERGY STAR certification.
