Description: The Model 8145NC Ventilator with Powered Damper and Filter is designed to bring in precisely the right amount of outdoor air into tightly built new homes and as a retrofit to existing homes and HVAC systems. This model must be wired to an onboard ventilation controller or an Aprilaire IAQ Thermostat. Ability to set ventilation unit to run in accordance with temperature and relative humidity limits – customizable with comfort in mind or set to adhere to ASHRAE 62.2 requirements (must be installed with vent controller or IAQ thermostat). Small, lightweight design. Integrated powered damper and removable, washable MERV 6 filter. Replacement MERV 13 filter available.
