Every organization and everyone can submit to Rate It Green's green building calendar! Simply click register, verify your email address, and create a username and password. You can then decide if you'd like to engage more fully as a community member, but you'll be able to post events.
Please make sure to be respectful of the organizations and companies, and other Rate It Green members that make up our community. We welcome praise and advice and even criticism but all posted content and ratings should be constructive in nature. For guidance on what constitutes suitable content on the Rate It Green site, please refer to the User Agreement and Site Rules.
The opinions, comments, ratings and all content posted by member on the Rate It Green website are the comments and opinions of the individual members who posts them only and do not necessarily reflect the views or policies or policies of Rate It Green. Rate It Green Team Members will monitor posted content for unsuitable content, but we also ask for the participation of community members in helping to keep the site a comfortable and open public forum of ideas. Arkansas Recycling Coalition's 28th Annual Conference and Trade Show, October 8-10, 2018, Eureka Springs, Arkansas
Event Description
Pathways to Sustainability, ARC's 2018 Annual Conference theme, takes place at the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks Hotel & Convention Center, Eureka Springs, AR, on October 8-10, 2018. We have had some wonderful conferences in the past, but believe our 28th will be the best one ever. We have some great presenters confirmed including some who have spoken on the world stage. We are honored to have Mr. John Bradburn, who recently retired from General Motors after 39 years of service, as our keynote speaker.
Brenda Pulley, formerly with Keep America Beautiful, Pete Grogan, recently retired from the International Paper Company, and Chaz Miller, National Waste & Recycling Assn (retired), will all be on the agenda.
Other activities taking place during the conference will be the Annual Awards Luncheon, Breakout Sessions, a Golf Tournament, Recycling Tour, and Receptions.

Bus Tour
Be sure to arrive on Monday (Oct 8) in time to hop on the bus for the Recycling Tour. The bus boards in front of the Hotel Convention Center starting at 12 Noon and leaving at 12:30 PM for Springdale where the first stop will be to tour the EcoTech Consumer Products Facility then on to Rogers where the next and final stop will be to tour ESCO Processng and Recycling.
The tour bus is anticipated to arrive back at the Hotel Convention Center around 5:00 pm, in time to catch the shuttle for the Rowdy Beaver Reception for a night of networking and fun. The reception will be from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM, with the shuttle running back and forth starting at 5:45 PM with stops at the Convention Center and the Hotel Lobby.
