Online Discussion: Building Operations & Planning for Repopulation, October 6, 1-2pm
Event Description
Boston Properties (BXP) has always led from the front. Earlier this year, as the country shut-down in response to COVID-19, BXP was one of the first to convene a task force of internal and external experts to create a white paper which outlined a strategy and an operational guide to achieving repopulation of offices across their portfolio, the timing of which was expected to happen with wide variety across regions. Their safety first approach in promoting occupant health and wellness received widespread recognition within national media and the Commercial Real Estate sector. Since those early days of May, others have followed suit. As the science and medical evidence evolved over the last 6 months, so has the methodology of how to address this topic.
Please join us as we discuss what BXP has learnt from their own experience of repopulating the properties they own, how their thinking has evolved with the science that is emerging and what the road ahead look like.
