EmPowered by AI: Should We Engineer a More Sustainable City? June 26, Museum of Science (Boston)
Event Description
Artificial Intelligence and machine learning technologies are paving the way for our future cities. AI can perform some tasks better than humans, like going through large sets of data and completing complex statistical equations, to address everyday issues like traffic, accessible public transportation, and water conservation. As the climate crisis continues, cities need to find more feasible solutions to become more sustainable, but can AI help us accomplish that? Join us for a facilitated conversation to share your values and concerns as we humans learn to navigate a world intertwined with AI.
This will be a free, all-day, in-person forum. Lunch will be provided. Masks are encouraged but optional. Parking at the Museum garage will be validated at the event. You do not need any background knowledge of AI to participate.
