Event Description

This webinar is an introduction to electric options for common uses of gas in schools, including HVAC and Hot Water, electric school buses, chemistry lab equipment, the cafeteria kitchen equipment, and swimming pool heaters.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Communicate the benefits of electrifying schools
  • Describe the types of heat pumps used to replace gas furnaces and boilers for space and water heating
  • Describe the types of electric cafeteria kitchen equipment
  • Define the types of electric buses and explain the services they can provide in addition to transportation

    • Sean Armstrong

      Sean Armstrong was raised on a Wisconsin farm, has been part of seven farming businesses, co-owns a working ranch, and consults nationally on all-electric buildings and equipment. Sean co-authored eight practical design guides since 2016 for all-electric design and equipment, helps manufacturers invent new electric products, and designed half of the all-electric new construction in California between 2010-2020.
