In partnership with Bill Reed and Joel Glanzberg of Regenesis Group, Build it Green will be offering two 2-hour introductory workshops to address the following questions:

  • What is Regenerative Development and how does it differ from best practices in Sustainable Development?
  • Why is Regenerative Development needed today?
  • What does all this mean for my practice?

Key themes will be:

  • Sharing examples of regenerative principles at work
  • Shifting away from the problem-solution paradigm.
  • Thinking and working with whole-systems.

Session One:

  • Exploring regenerative design and development through case studies
  • Learning to see the building culture in which we work

Session Two:

  • Using frameworks to understand complex systems
  • Applying regenerative principles to my practice
