Event Description
This webinar will still kick off examining the state of water use today, highlighting the environmental challenges we face and exploring solutions currently in play for the residential and commercial applications. Presenter will pinpoint crucial gaps in existing water conservation strategies, with a special focus on conserving hot water—an often overlooked yet significant area for energy savings which will lead us to the "why" of re-use technologies for the home. It will discuss recirculating showers as a substantial water and energy conservation tool, particularly in traditional residential and multi-residential homes. Presenter will go into how the technology is typically designed to work, implementation, and typical maintenance and costs. Lastly, presenter will provide real-world case studies showcasing the technology in action, successfully demonstrating water and energy savings. presenter will also discuss real-world challenges and opportunities for this class of technology.
Lessons Learning:
1. Understand that conserving hot water not only leads to significant energy savings but also positively impacts overall health by reducing the risk of mold and dampness driven by excessive water use.

RainStick won Best of Innovation at CES 2022 (out of 1800 companies), Best of KBIS 2022 (Gold) and has been featured in Wall Street Journal, Forbes and the Toronto Sun.
