Every organization and everyone can submit to Rate It Green's green building calendar! Simply click register, verify your email address, and create a username and password. You can then decide if you'd like to engage more fully as a community member, but you'll be able to post events.
Please make sure to be respectful of the organizations and companies, and other Rate It Green members that make up our community. We welcome praise and advice and even criticism but all posted content and ratings should be constructive in nature. For guidance on what constitutes suitable content on the Rate It Green site, please refer to the User Agreement and Site Rules.
The opinions, comments, ratings and all content posted by member on the Rate It Green website are the comments and opinions of the individual members who posts them only and do not necessarily reflect the views or policies or policies of Rate It Green. Rate It Green Team Members will monitor posted content for unsuitable content, but we also ask for the participation of community members in helping to keep the site a comfortable and open public forum of ideas. National Solar Tour, October 5 and 6 (and surrounding weekends) - Tour Hundreds of Houses
Event Description
The National Solar Tour is the largest grassroots renewable energy event in the nation. On October 5 & 6, 2019 and the surrounding weekends, hundreds of people who have gone solar across the nation will open their homes and businesses to engage their communities around the power of solar energy.
Solar homes, businesses, non-profit organizations, municipal buildings, religious institutions, schools, and community solar gardens are all invited to host solar open houses as part of the National Solar Tour.

American Solar Energy Society (ASES) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that advocates for sustainable living and 100% renewable energy. We share information, events and resources to cultivate community and power progress in the U.S. and beyond.
