Event Description

Passive House Certification is now required for all multifamily buildings over 12,000 square feet in Boston, Cambridge, Newton, Somerville, Worcester and many other communities that have opted in to the state’s new Specialized Energy Code.

In this special live session, a panel of experienced will discuss lessons learned from their experience on Passive House certified projects. Learn about the unique approaches, challenges and solutions, and integrated team planning that is required for success. Audience Q&A included.
