Event Description
Annual REI Gathering at North Farm:
Underutilized Resources and Tremendous Opportunities: Brownfields and Other Challenging Properties as Sites for Solar Projects
For those of you have not had a chance to attend in past years or are new to REI, you can look forward to good company and a beautiful setting.
As this year's guest presenters, Everett Tatelbaum from Kearsarge Energy, LP, Edward Summerly and Doug Le Do from GZA, Geoenviromental, Inc., will discuss the challenges and advantages of developing solar energy facilities on Brownfields sites and other types of under-utilized property including closed landfills, environmentally impacted properties and other non-prime real-estate. Please register in advance.
Food and refreshments will be provided.
