Green Lending Hot Topics

The John Shipman, Franklin Energy's lead trainer, and Roland Macias, experienced green lender, as they discuss green home loans and the benefits these programs can provide to your business. Some of the key topics covered will be:

- Understanding your client's green filter so you can close more loans.

- Learning how energy-efficiency programs can be good for business.

- How building science is related to your bottom line.

- 4 under-utilized products that can service your loans.

- Case studies of real green loans and how they've been used.

Customers who choose to participate in this training are not obligated to purchase any additional services offered by Franklin Energy. Programs may be modified or terminated without prior notice and are provided to qualified customers on a first-come, first-served basis until program funds are no longer available. Eligibility requirements may apply. Participants should live or work in Southern California Edison service territory to attend this training.
