Every organization and everyone can submit to Rate It Green's green building calendar! Simply click register, verify your email address, and create a username and password. You can then decide if you'd like to engage more fully as a community member, but you'll be able to post events.
Please make sure to be respectful of the organizations and companies, and other Rate It Green members that make up our community. We welcome praise and advice and even criticism but all posted content and ratings should be constructive in nature. For guidance on what constitutes suitable content on the Rate It Green site, please refer to the User Agreement and Site Rules.
The opinions, comments, ratings and all content posted by member on the Rate It Green website are the comments and opinions of the individual members who posts them only and do not necessarily reflect the views or policies or policies of Rate It Green. Rate It Green Team Members will monitor posted content for unsuitable content, but we also ask for the participation of community members in helping to keep the site a comfortable and open public forum of ideas. Event Description
Join for an educational update on the changes to California Title 24 Codes and local ordinances!
Attendees will learn about the changes from the previous code cycles and how to ensure both new and existing buildings meet the new requirements and operate efficiently. During this 2-hour webinar the presenter will cover CalGreen (new construction), Title 24 Energy Code, Existing Building Ordinances, focusing on:

Mr. Alldredge has over 30 years of experience in building operations, maintenance, energy management, commissioning, and construction. He is a consulting business owner for over 10 years, Associate Director at VCA Green, as well as a Technical Advisor with the LA-BBC. He also volunteers on two BOMA Committees and is a senior board member of an educational non-profit. He carries over 10 certifications in areas like LEED, WELL, energy management, auditing, commissioning, and testing. He is a member of the California Commissioning Collaborative and a Charter Member of the Institute of Energy Management.

Experienced Architectural designer, project manager and administrator under OSHPD and City of Anaheim plan check jurisdiction, focused on the design and development of Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout California, and Disneyland Resort entertainment upgrades. Dedicated to building relationships with Developers, Architects, and Contractors by delivering clients with the training and guidance needed to bring their residential and non-residential projects through various city permitting and inspections under CALGreen, Energy Code, and voluntary Green certification programs.
