Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta - 2021 Affordable Housing Program (AHP) General Fund - Apply by Friday June 4!

Do you work for a financial institution or a community housing partner? Is your company located in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, or the District of Columbia?

Are you looking for a way to widen your customer base, offer community-oriented lending, and/or facilitate residential development?

Are you seeking to fund the construction, rehabilitation, or financing of housing for lower-income individuals? You may be awarded up to $500,000 for such projects!

Recipients of the AHP General Fund use this stipend to invest in healthy, equitable, and sustainable communities. Arthur Fleming, Senior Vice President and Director of Community Investment Services, indicated that the “AHP General Fund awards have contributed to a total of more than $6 billion of affordable rental and homeownership development, helping finance more than 129,000 units of affordable housing. Based on data and calculations provided through the multiplier study recently commissioned by the Federal Home Loan Banks, we estimate the total economic impact from these awards to be more than $26 billion.”
