The Growing Sustainable Communities Conference consists of two days of education, inspiration and collaboration on topics of interest to anyone who cares about the convergence of economic prosperity, ecological integrity and social/cultural vibrancy in community design and development.
Topics include the latest information on resiliency, livability, placemaking, flood mitigation, energy efficiency, stakeholder engagement, historic preservation, waste-to-energy, disaster recovery, green infrastructure, funding sources, affordable housing, renewable energy, social equity, food waste reduction, education and outreach, green procurement, alternative fuel vehicles and sustainability metrics, and more.
