The Harvard Center for Green Buildings and Cities in Cambridge, MA is seeking a researcher for a postdoctoral position in the area of Computational Support for Energy-conscious Design, Analysis and Operation, with an emphasis on wearable technology, environmental sensors, smart building components, data visualization, augmented reality, and sensory mediation.
Ideal applicants will have a background in app development, human-computer interaction, info-graphics, experience building prototypes (software and/or hardware), and experience designing and running user studies. Experience with energy-related topics, image processing, computer vision, and machine learning are preferable. Innovative, creative, out of box thinking and demonstrated success working on teams are also important.
