Every organization and everyone can submit to Rate It Green's green building calendar! Simply click register, verify your email address, and create a username and password. You can then decide if you'd like to engage more fully as a community member, but you'll be able to post events.
Please make sure to be respectful of the organizations and companies, and other Rate It Green members that make up our community. We welcome praise and advice and even criticism but all posted content and ratings should be constructive in nature. For guidance on what constitutes suitable content on the Rate It Green site, please refer to the User Agreement and Site Rules.
The opinions, comments, ratings and all content posted by member on the Rate It Green website are the comments and opinions of the individual members who posts them only and do not necessarily reflect the views or policies or policies of Rate It Green. Rate It Green Team Members will monitor posted content for unsuitable content, but we also ask for the participation of community members in helping to keep the site a comfortable and open public forum of ideas. Solar Power Southeast, May 15-16, Atlanta, GA
Event Description
Solar Power Southeast has proven to be the premier solar event in the region. The event has grown each year, starting with the inaugural event in 2015 where over 200 companies in attended. In 2016, over 300 companies attended the event. 2017 brought a career fair, over 600 attendees and 40+ exhibitors in the sold-out exhibit hall. The growth is in part due to the exponential solar growth that’s happening in the southeastern United States, as well as the passion the of the region.
The focus is to bring together those that are doing business in the region, or would like to conduct more business in the region to discuss strategies, market trends in the southeast, policy updates that impact businesses, and numerous networking opportunities to make more connections.
Solar Power Southeast 2017 featured a sold-out exhibit hall, over 600 attendees, a full schedule that featured a leading educational program about hot topics such as policy in North Carolina and Florida, to solar + storage, EVs, and business opportunities in the region.
From networking at Fado Irish Pub, to a career fair, Solar Power Southeast brought a variety of events anyone could participate in.
SOLAR POWER SOUTHEAST, POWERED BY SEIA AND SEPA
The event is produced by SEIA and SEPA. Unlike other solar conferences, all proceeds from the event support the expansion of the U.S. PV solar energy market through both associations’ year-round research and education activities, and through SEIA’s advocacy, research and communications efforts.
