Innovations in Circular Economy, April 22, (Now Online)
Event Description
*** UKGBC takes the health and wellbeing of its staff and event attendees extremely seriously. Given the WHO declaration that Coronavirus is a global pandemic, UKGBC is monitoring the situation closely and adapting our ways of working to mitigate the risk to staff, members and wider stakeholders. After careful consideration, we have decided to avoid any potential risk posed by people gathering at events by moving this event to an online format. All those who have or will sign up will receive an email confirming the new details and access link. If you have any questions, please contact events@UKGBC.org ***
In light of climate change and resource scarcity, adopting a sustainable approach to business has become a necessity. Overcoming significant systemic challenges demands radically new approaches to transform the way we live and the buildings we use. But how can we turn the promise of sustainable innovation into reality?
At this event, supported by The Future Economy Network, we will be joined by innovators who will each set out their solutions for the future of the built environment. The innovators will discuss how these solutions support a circular economy, what role they hope to play in the circular economy transition, and what they see as the changes that need to be made to achieve it.
The audience will have a chance to ask questions to the panellists. Light refreshments will be provided and there will be plenty of opportunities for networking.
