July 29th: Green Workplace Challenge Workshop #1: Getting Started with the GWC

  • 29 Jul 2016
Event Description

OVERVIEW:

Green Workplace Challenge competitors are seeking the edge they need to get ahead. This workshop guides participants through the first steps of the GWC, including how to set up their GWC accounts, develop their individualized game plan, build their baselines, and start tracking their actions. Participants will learn about many of the tools incorporated in the GWC actions, including the EPA Portfolio Manager, Commute Info transportation tracking, and the ROCIS air quality monitoring program. They will develop their game plan using GWC's Category Playbooks as a guide. At the end of this workshop, participants will have a clear game plan for moving forward in the Green Workplace Challenge. Don't miss this opportunity to get a jump ahead in the competition!

To maximize the benefits of this workshop, participants may wish to bring a laptop. GWC will demonstrate how to use several online tools, and assist participants in completing activities onsite.
