Philadelphia's Comcast Center is expected to be the tallest LEED-Certified Building in the US

Philadelphia continues to make green building progress, placing 14th of 30 markets on the 2015 Green Building Adoption Index, by CBRE Group Inc. and Maastricht University.
According to a report by the Daily Local News, 27% of Philadelphia’s downtown buildings have either an EPA Energy Star label or USGBC LEED certification, or both.
Among several local institutions that are using energy-efficient technologies is the new Comcast Center. It is expected that the Center will be the tallest LEED-certified building in the country; with a vegetative roof, erosion control and storm-water management system. Read the full article here-
