Did you know that for a limited time, you may be able to get your home insulated at no cost?
Get a Mass Save® Virtual No-Cost Home Energy Assessment before September 30th to access 100% off the cost of approved insulation if you own a 1-4 unit building or coordinate with your landlord
During the COVID-19 crisis, renters, homeowners and landlords in buildings with 1-4 units can start with a No-Cost Virtual Home Energy Assessment. Everyone in Massachusetts* contributes to this statewide program monthly on their utility bill, but to get the benefit, you have to request a no-cost home energy assessment.
During the virtual assessment, you'll get:
1) Advice on energy-saving measures that you can implement in your home.
2) Eligible energy-saving measures such as:
- LED light bulbs
- High-efficiency shower heads
- Programmable thermostats
All shipped directly to your door and at no cost to you.
3) Property owners may be eligible for additional discounts, such as:
- 100 off approved insulation - for limited time only during the COVID-19 crisis
- No-cost targeted air sealing
- Savings on high-efficiency heating equipment
- Rebates on high-efficiency appliances
- 0% financing through the Mass Save HEAT Loan Program
*This program is funded by an energy efficiency charge on the utility bill of customers of Berkshire Gas, Blackstone Gas Company, Cape Light Compact, Columbia Gas, Eversource, Liberty Utilities, National Grid, Unitil. Customers served by these companies can participate.
