About Me

Being an advocate of energy efficient construction has been ongoing since 2007, after becoming a realtor in 2002. It's my mission to educate, advocate, and assist my clients in making positive changes to make their homes more comfortable and energy efficient. I'm an instructor, Director, and volunteer with the US Green Building Council in Arizona to add green features to the MLS and help raise the bar for homes with energy efficient features. As a Director at the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS®, I created the first Sustainability Committee in Maricopa County at a real estate assoc.
