Join Greenbuild for an enlightening webinar that delves into the urgent need for climate change mitigation and adaptation in the buildings sector. The two tools that will be showcased are innovations of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group. Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies (EDGE) is a metrics-based tool and a certification system that empowers developers, owners, and operators to quickly assess ways to incorporate green building standards and reduce their carbon footprint.  The Building Resilience Index (BRI) helps assess and rate the ability of a building to withstand hazards in terms of retaining its physical integrity and the ability to continue operations. 

The webinar will include a panel discussion with distinguished industry leaders from around the world who are driving decarbonization and resilience in their organizations. These experts represent a real estate asset manager undertaking decarbonization and resilience initiatives, a bank with green on-lending programs such as green mortgages and green construction loans, and a residential developer pushing the boundaries of low carbon homes.
