Every organization and everyone can submit to Rate It Green's green building calendar! Simply click register, verify your email address, and create a username and password. You can then decide if you'd like to engage more fully as a community member, but you'll be able to post events.
Please make sure to be respectful of the organizations and companies, and other Rate It Green members that make up our community. We welcome praise and advice and even criticism but all posted content and ratings should be constructive in nature. For guidance on what constitutes suitable content on the Rate It Green site, please refer to the User Agreement and Site Rules.
The opinions, comments, ratings and all content posted by member on the Rate It Green website are the comments and opinions of the individual members who posts them only and do not necessarily reflect the views or policies or policies of Rate It Green. Rate It Green Team Members will monitor posted content for unsuitable content, but we also ask for the participation of community members in helping to keep the site a comfortable and open public forum of ideas. Workshop on Sustainable Air Quality in Affordable Housing, Tufts University, March 22, 8:30 am - 1 pm, Medford, Massachusetts
Event Description
You are invited to a workshop on Air Quality in Multi-family Affordable Housing. The workshop goal is for a study team at Tufts University to get your input on a guidance document they are developing on ways to improve indoor air quality and environmental equity in multi-family affordable housing. The Tufts team will share results from their recent study of air quality in affordable residential buildings in Somerville and Cambridge, MA. Both in-home air quality measurements and resident survey responses will be described. In addition, we will facilitate breakout discussions on a range of topics (see below) designed to engage the anticipated diversity of workshop attendees.
Breakout Discussion Topics (tentative):
This workshop is intended for a wide audience of experts and generalists who have interest in improving indoor air quality in affordable housing. Consider attending if you work on affordable housing as a developer, architect, HVAC designer, HVAC practitioner, energy rater, energy modeler, or municipal planning and housing official, or as an academic or affordable housing advocate.
